By participating in Town Hall for Hope, either as a site visitor, host location or event attendee, you agree to the terms of this agreement. This agreement is subject to change at any time by The Lampo Group, Inc.
Message Boards
Public message boards are available for townhallforhope.com visitors. The accepted standards of conduct in these communities are determined by The Lampo Group, Inc. staff. Forum posters agree that The Lampo Group, Inc. and its publishing partners have the right to enforce these standards, including removing access to message boards.
Posted messages are not intended for private use. Any personal information shared by users is posted by the users' own risk. The Lampo Group, Inc. does not recommend posting any personal information. All posts and information provided within the posts by users can be handed over to legal authorities by The Lampo Group, Inc. at their request.
Member Information
Member must promptly inform The Lampo Group, Inc. of any apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure or use of an ID or password. Until The Lampo Group, Inc. is notified by email of a breach in security, the forum member will remain liable for any unauthorized use of the service.
Access
Forum members are responsible for providing all personal computer and communications equipment necessary to gain access to the service. Access to and use of the service is through a combination of an ID and a password. Each member must keep his password strictly confidential. The Lampo Group, Inc. will not release passwords for any reason, except as may be specifically required by law or court order. Unauthorized access to the service is a breach of this agreement and a violation of law.
Warranty
No warranty is made by The Lampo Group, Inc. regarding any information, services or products provided through or in connection with the service, and The Lampo Group, Inc. hereby expressly disclaims any and all warranties, including without limitation: any warranties as to the availability, accuracy or content of information, products or services; any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states/provinces do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.
Use Restriction
The material on townhallforhope.com is meant to be shared for informational, non-commercial use only. Site visitors are allowed to download and distribute banner graphics and promotional materials for the express purpose of promoting the Town Hall for Hope event. Videos appearing on the Town Hall for Hope YouTube channel may be inserted into private blogs and websites, but must link directly to the official Town Hall for Hope video on YouTube.
Notices
Notices by The Lampo Group, Inc. to registered users are given by means of electronic messages or by a general posting on the service. Member must keep contact information updated for communication purposes with The Lampo Group, Inc. staff.
We may also feature some of the powerful stories from the message forums section of this website in our promotional materials. If we decide to feature your story, we will contact you for permission before using it in any way. Hey, we respect your right to privacy and to stay out of the limelight if you so choose.
Your Email Address
The Lampo Group, Inc. agrees to never sell or distribute your email address to third parties. Unsubscribing from any email list does not necessarily unsubscribe you from other email lists within The Lampo Group, Inc. Users agree to provide The Lampo Group, Inc. with an up-to-date email address.
Agreement
This agreement contains the entire agreement between the member and The Lampo Group, Inc. regarding the use of the service, and supercedes all prior written and oral understandings and writings.
The agreement shall be governed pursuant to the laws of the state of Tennessee.
The member hereby warrants and represents that he or she is in all respects qualified and competent to enter into this agreement.
